Schools can partner with public libraries that offer a summer reading program developed by CSLP. For more information about partnerships, schools should contact the CSLP state or territory representative or review the FAQs in the Rules of Use section of CSLP.

CSLP welcomes the participation of all members! If you have an idea about the manual or suggestions about the theme, please contact your state or territory representative who can pass along your suggestions to the Manual Committee. To get an idea of what it would mean to join one of the CSLP committees, visit the committee page and learn about the work of the different committees. (You must be logged into the website to view committee pages.) If you are interested in joining a committee, please contact your CSLP state or territory representative.

CSLP has developed Rules of Use governing the manual and artwork. You can read them over or look at the FAQs to find answers to your questions. You can also contact your state or territory representative for help.

Different states have different procedures for distributing manuals and ordering incentives. It is best to first contact your state or territory representative if you have not received your manuals or your incentives. If you placed your incentive order directly with Upstart, then you can contact them at 1-855-255-2757.

If your state has full membership (all states except California, Illinois, Minnesota, and Virginia), you may use the manual and artwork according to the Rules of Use. If your state has partial membership and your library wishes to participate in CSLP, please click here for more information.

All public libraries can become members of CSLP. If your state is a partial member, you can join by paying the membership fee and submitting the application for your library. Please click here for more information.
