Dawn Krause,
Executive Director
Dawn currently lives in Manhattan, KS and considers her position with CSLP to be her “dream job”. She’s worked in libraries since high school and has spent the bulk of her career supporting public libraries at the state and regional levels. She has an MLIS from UT Austin (hook ’em!) and a Master’s in Human Resources Development from UT Tyler. Melissa Hooke,
Administrative Manager
Melissa lives in southern VT and has been with CSLP since 2020. She enjoys helping librarians to serve their communities better and has worked in the library field for 18 years. Alyssa Graybeal,
Managing Editor
Alyssa lives on the Oregon Coast. She’s worked on the CSLP manual since 2018 and became a part-time employee in 2021. Alyssa earned her MLIS from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and she loves working for CSLP because she gets to combine her two professional paths–libraries and editing—-in one job. When not working for CSLP, she works as a developmental editor and writing coach for creative nonfiction writers. Her award-winning memoir, Floppy, was published by Red Hen Press in 2023.
